My career spans senior advisory and evaluation roles for international organisations, the European Commission, public institutions and private enterprise—supported by banking and audit experience and six years as Financial Affairs Manager at the Turkish Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources for the Baku–Tbilisi–Ceyhan pipeline project.

Managing public finances and reporting for a major intergovernmental energy-infrastructure programme strengthened the fiduciary, governance and implementation perspective I bring to current evaluation and advisory assignments.
