Led financial affairs, budgeting, reporting and control responsibilities within the BTC Crude Oil Pipeline Project Directorate for the Turkish section of the Azerbaijan–Georgia–Türkiye intergovernmental project. Served as a first-degree financial signatory for a programme valued at approximately USD 1.5–1.9 billion and contributed public-finance expertise relevant to Türkiye’s Public Financial Management and Control Law No. 5018.
